Giraffe Childcare Navan

Giraffe Childcare Navan is located in Athlumney Wood adjacent to the Johnstown Shopping Centre. It’s in the heart of a popular housing estate and is at the centre of the local community. It is ideal for commuters as it’s conveniently situated just off the main M3 commuter route to Dublin. At the front of the centre, there is a substantial drop off area for parents with plenty of parking.

Giraffe Navan offers part-time and full-time places for children from 3 months to 8 years to accommodate busy working parents. ECCE and CETS provision is available here and there is also an after school facility with pick up from local schools for children up to 12 years.

Our facility here in Athlumney Wood is a standalone purpose built crèche with a very homely feel and there are boundless opportunities to learn through imaginative and creative play. To the rear, there is also a lovely garden for the children to enjoy all year around.

Our Cook provides delicious and nutritious freshly cooked meals that encourage your
 child to taste as many new things as possible and help introduce them to the wonderful world of food. Our kitchen uses only the freshest meat and seasonable vegetables, we don’t add any salt, artificial flavourings or colouring and all our stock is home made. We’re happy to cater for vegetarian diets and any other dietary requirements your child may have.

All our staff are Garda vetted and have a minimum qualification of Fetac Level 5 and the centre is supported by the Meath County Childcare Committee.
