Giraffe Childcare Rathfarnham

Giraffe Rathfarnham is housed in the beautiful former national school of Loreto Abbey Convent just off the Grange Road. There is ample parking/set down spaces for drop-offs and collections. This beautiful, bright and airy centre is full of character and warmth. It is set in a quiet residential area, and boasts a lovely, secure outdoor play area which the children enjoy whatever the weather!

Full and part-time places are offered for babies from 3 months up to 5 years and the free pre-school year (ECCE) is also available at Giraffe Rathfarnham.

Our Cook provides delicious and nutritious freshly cooked meals that encourage your
 child to taste as many new things as possible and help introduce them to the wonderful world of food. Our kitchen uses only the freshest meat and seasonable vegetables, we don’t add any salt, artificial flavourings or colouring and all our stock is home made. We’re happy to cater for vegetarian diets and any other dietary requirements your child may have.

All our staff are qualified to Fetac Level 5 and above and are Garda vetted. We work closely with our local childcare committee (Dublin South Childcare Committee).
